3 brilliant music videos
I like the Foo Fighters.
I like how they don’t take themselves too seriously.
This plainly evident from their music videos.
He are three examples that I love.
Timelapse video.
I have been playing around with a bit of timelapse video lately.
Here is some stuff I have found recently to be quite excellent.
Timelapse of the #eastcoastlow
Yesterday I was sitting in the Moore College library as a massive storm from was about to pass through Sydney.
I thought I would shoot a timelapse of the event. In the process the video got picked up by the ABC. They even said I was clever 🙂
Anyway, here it is.
Video: End Over Fishing.
I like a good fish and chips as much as the next man. Sadly, this might not be something which we will be able to enjoy into the future. No, chips aren’t running out. Fish are.
This an awesome video I came across recently.
Video: The World’s Tiniest Police Chase by The Theory
This is cool. Using projectors to make a getaway movie.
This was made by the same guys who made that Google Street View film from a while back.
What happens when you take a bandsaw to a F1 car?
I like F1. If you have been here before you might know that.
Anyway, Sauber F1 have sliced one of their cars open so we can look inside. Awesome.
It’s Mabo, it’s justice, it’s law…
This is a scene from the Australian movie ‘the Castle’.
In it you will find the classic line, ‘It’s Mabo, it’s justice, it’s law, it’s the vibe, and, uh … No, that’s it. It’s the vibe’
The movie is an Australian classic.
If you call yourself Australian, and you havent seen it. Well. I think you know what the means.
The beginning of the quote mentions Mabo. More specifically, Eddie Mabo.
Eddie Mabo was an Aboriginal Man who fought for native title in Australia.
I’m very excited that the ABC have made a feature series about him.
Here is the trailer. Watch it.
